Anita is founder and Managing Director of LFV Consulting. She is a Senior HR/People Operations Consultant with over 35 years’ experience in the full scope of HR functional areas. Her background includes over 25 years of experience in the start up, restoration, automotive, retail, non-profit and commercial industries. Her expertise covers strategic planning, workforce analysis, compensation & benefits administration, employee relations, recruiting and selection, payroll and salary administration, human resource development, and occupational safety, and security. Anita is a subject matter expert in California employment law and is a certified trainer in mandated FEHA harassment prevention training under California AB 1825, AB2053, SB396, and SB1343. She is a certified Private Investigator, in the State of California. Anita is a credentialed member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) since 2000.
In her free time Anita enjoys spending time with her family and traveling to new places. Anita is a French bulldog lover and hobby breeder!

Ashleigh launched her HR career in the San Francisco Bay Area and has professional experience working in hi-tech, bio-tech, hospitality, and healthcare companies - with a special interest in start-up companies that are building their HR infrastructure. Her background includes over 8 years of leadership and people management, with a broad range of expertise including employee relations, policy design and implementation, on-boarding, compliance training, employee investigations, EEO-1 reporting, ADA, FMLA, and leave administration. Ashleigh can advise on employee engagement, wellness programs, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Ashleigh is a Kentucky native, where she resides with her wonderful family.

Brenda is our HR/People Operations Coordinator! Brenda's passion for relationship building has led her to a career of 7+ years in Human Resources and Accounting. Gaining a variety of HR programs and accounting experience with the start-up contingent workforce. Brenda is able to manage a large range of projects, payroll and accounting. Brenda has always been fueled by the satisfaction of helping others; whether a new hire wanting to know next steps, a manager needing guidance on dealing with coordinating events or collaborating on a project to improve the onboarding experience. Brenda is also our NON-PROFIT Guru. Driven by her ambition to grow and being an even more valuable resource, Brenda went back to school and graduated with her AA in Business Administration with a concentration in HR and Business Management. Brenda is continuing her education and will be attending California State University, East Bay to complete her BA in Human Development. Her outgoing personality and passion for people continues to grow every day. Brenda's industry experience ranges from retail, manufacturing, wholesale, non-profit and most recently at a local Bay Area start up.
